Auckland Lantern Festival 2010 take place at Albert Park

Now Chinese Lantern Festival has already became a Chinese cultural exchange programme in the world, 2010 February 26-28, a large celebration of Chinese Lantern Festival  has been take place at Albert Park in New Zealand Auckland (Albert Park is located beside The University of Auckland is accessible from Victoria, Kitchener, Wellesley and Princes streets in the central city. ). Most of the fancy lanterns were made by the lantern-craftsmen in Zigong in the western Chinese province of Sichuan.

Auckland Lantern Festival 2010 shows:

1. Chinese Lantern Crafts - Let you know how to make a traditional Chinese Lantern
2. Chinese Folk Music from Mongolian -  Chinese Mongolian Rock musician performs. Something related: Chinese Lantern Festival Music.
   
3. Rolling Lantern dance - Some actors come from east China’s Zhejiang Province perform this folk dance.
4. A great variety of Chinese fancy lanterns – Which were made from the Chinese fancy lantern hometown – Zigong.
